Lower Wadden Farmhouse and Annexe is a big detached farmhouse with single storey annexe on a Devon farm near the village of Southleigh. The house sleeps fourteen people in six bedrooms, two double, three twin and a family room with four bathrooms. On the ground floor are two sitting rooms, one with electric fire, a conservatory, a dining room and a kitchen/breakfast room. In the annexe is the family bedroom with one of the bathrooms and an open plan living space.
